Bead Emporium reviews every order for fraud after the order is placed on our website or via telephone. All fraudulent orders are reported to the authorities, black listed, and cancelled.

Once a successful order has been placed, and fraud verification has been conducted, the order is approved and prepared for shipment. Your credit card will be charged once your order is ready for shipping. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address. 

Please remember to include your order or invoice number on the teller for online bank transfers and direct bank deposits. In addition, the name on the teller must match the name on the order otherwise the order will be subject to further verification checks.

For offline payments (online bank transfer and bank deposit), please pay within 5 working days to avoid your order from being cancelled. We'll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that payment via bank deposit can take between 2-5 working days before the money reflects on our system.

The transactions take place in a 128-bit secure environment (SSL) on the 2Checkout.comserver and we are not informed of any of the card details. Over this secure system, your credit card information is sent directly to the applicable banking authority over a secured, encrypted connection. No individual at Bead Emporium or over the Internet has access to your credit card information at the moment of purchase or at any time.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal. Please note that your card is billed in US Dollars even for Nigerian debit and credit cards.
