I don’t want to order online, so how do I order?
Answer:
If you prefer not to order online, you can call our order hotline on 01 8538322 and we will take your order over the phone. You will need to make payment to our bank account before your goods will ship. Our order line is open from 9am – 5pm (Mon – Sat). You can also visit us in store at Suites C31-34 Assets Corp Plaza, 21 Obafemi Awolowo Way By Medical Road Junction Ikeja

Can I use more than one promotion offer at a time?
Answer:
Only one promotion offer can be used at any one time.

How do I take advantage of a promotion offer?
Answer:
Simply insert the promotion code e.g. OFFER22 at the checkout stage and your order will be discounted by the appropriate amount.

Can I cancel my order?
Answer:
You can cancel your order as long as the goods have not been despatched. Please either email us at info@thebathhouseshop.co.uk or call us 0802 8149795 to cancel your order. If the goods have not been despatched your order will be cancelled.

Can I send my order by email?

Yes you can. Please send an email to orders@beademporium.co.uk with the your name, address, item codes and quantity you want and we will respond back with an invoice and payment details

How do I check the status of my order?
Answer:
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "Orders". Alternatively you can send us an email at orders@beademporium.co.uk or call us on 08028149795 during business hours

What is the minimum purchase requirement
Answer:
The minimum amount in your cart to complete checkout is N2,500. You won't be able to complete your purchase online unless you meet this amount. There is no minimum purchase requirement for orders placed in the store

How long do back orders take?
Answer:
Most back orders arrive within 10 business days but there are other items that are special order items which take a longer time. You will be advised by a customer service rep when you place your order

What do you mean by back orders?
Answer:
Back ordered items are items that are not currently in stock but have already been ordered from the supplier and are awaiting delivery. Back ordered items are items we are expecting back in stock very shortly

How do I complete my purchase?
Answer:
With items in your shopping basket/cart, click the "Pay and Checkout" button to start the checkout process.
Step 1: Enter the delivery address, Recipient's name etc. If the item is a gift and requires wrapping, select the appropriate options and Click "Continue".
Step 2: A total value, including cost of delivery to the address you indicated will be displayed for you to confirm. If you do not have sufficient funds in your online purse, you will be required to fund your online purse.
Once approved, your order will be completed and processed for dispatch.
